Suntem Andrei și Ayfer — soț și soție, părinți și bucătari. El inginer constructor, ea make-up artist — dar pasiunea pentru gătit ne-a schimbat drumul. Am pornit cu un food truck, Arrosticini, cu care am călătorit prin toată țara, la cele mai importante evenimente. Iar azi gătim în două locuri dragi nouă: Ou, pentru brunch, și Sanki Ramen Bar, pentru ramen. Am ales oul pentru că este cel mai versatil ingredient din bucătărie, iar pentru noi micul dejun este masa cea mai importantă a zilei. La Ou totul e simplu — ouă proaspete, rețete făcute cu grijă și o cafea bună de dimineață. Gătim ce ne place, cu ingrediente proaspete, exact cum am face acasă, pentru prieteni. În fiecare zi închidem la 15:00, pentru că apoi mergem să ne luăm copiii de la școală. Și asta spune totul despre ce contează pentru noi. We're Andrei and Ayfer — husband and wife, parents and cooks. He's a construction engineer, she's a make-up artist — but our passion for cooking changed our path. We started with a food truck, Arrosticini, traveling across the country to the most important events. Today we cook in two places close to our hearts: Ou, for brunch, and Sanki Ramen Bar, for ramen. We chose the egg because it's the most versatile ingredient in the kitchen, and for us breakfast is the most important meal of the day. At Ou, everything is simple — fresh eggs, carefully crafted recipes and a good morning coffee. We cook what we love, with fresh ingredients, just like we'd do at home, for friends. Every day we close at 3 PM, because then we go pick up our kids from school. And that says everything about what matters to us. Find us on Strada General Berthelot, steps away from Cișmigiu Park.
